Computerized Maintenance

Management System Executive

(CMMS)

What you will be doing:

· Operate the company's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) which has work order, preventative maintenance, asset management, fault reporting and inventory control modules.
· Verify invoices and posting of incoming and outgoing stocks.
· Responsible for equipment and material receiving and dispatch.
· Update stock status in CMMS, monitor stock levels for all stores on availability of materials/parts.
· Arrange return of defective components and equipment.
· Arrange repair & servicing of components and equipment.
· Maintain condition of materials, components and equipment in stock.
· Maintain proper inventory control.
· Prepare associated documentation and reports.

As such, you are expected to have at least the following qualifications and experiences:
a.. Indonesian citizen for Medan, Malaysian citizen for Sabah and Pahang/KL.
· Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
· Minimum 3 years experience operating a CMMS.
· Prior experience as a store keeper advantageous.
· Computer literate.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

What you will be doing:

a.. Travel to various sites across the nation to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and controls.
b.. Follow engineering instructions and use wiring and circuit diagrams to complete installation and repair jobs.
c.. Assemble, install, test and calibrate electrical installations and equipment to ensure they are working correctly and conform with regulations and safety requirements.
