Our Client, multinational company seeking professional candidate for position :
CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER
Reporting directly to Operations Manager, Customer Relations Manager should take full ownership on service level enhancement in company. Working independently on service project he/ she should be able not only to create but implement and follow-up all service-related undertakings
Job Description:
· Ensure 100% implementation of existing standard operating procedures for branch operation in
relation with consultants (from welcoming the customer, registration, cashiers operation, product
dispatch up to customer leaving the branch) and constantly improve those procedures.
· Establish a comprehensive continuous training program for all customer service & warehouse
staff in each branch in order to provide a consistent level of service in each branch
· Develop and conduct regular training for ASM/KAM and SCS on how to implement, maintain and
improve customer service in the branches
· Deliver training to all staff in every branch at least once per quarter
· Develop modules and conduct (together with other Oriflame managers) training program for new
hired Customer Service & Warehouse Staff
· Prepare & conduct consultant questionnaire to continuously assess Customer Satisfaction Index
· Prepare a summary monthly evaluation report on service issues (to the Operations Manager &
Managing Director) to continuously improve service level
Requirements:
· Min 3 years working experience in Customer service training ideally coming from a company with
high level service (hotels, banking, airlines) or customer service training company
· Able to work pro-actively and independently
· Excellent communications skill
· People-minded
· Able to work under pressure
