TEMENOS is an established IT Company providing integrated software system for financial & banking institutions, based in Jakarta. We are seeking for a Secretary/Office Administrator to support our daily activities. She will report directly to the Chief Representative Office.
EXPERIENCE:
· At least 3 - 4 years relevant experience in a similar position
· Independent, reliable
· Very good command of English
· Willing and capable to work in team
· Should have around 2 years professional working experience, preferably with various work responsibilities
· Should have a well managed personal life, self esteem and trustworthy
· Should be a detail oriented person but knows how to be flexible and adaptive when needed
· Excellent communication and interacting skills
