Key Indicator Performance Management Manager (KPI)
Duties
1. Develop KPI (Key Performance Indicator ) within whole departments.
2. Analysis & Review KPI implementation.
3. Should have mature performance and professional.
4. Should speak English and Bahasa well.
5. Having mining experiences would be advantageous.

Essential Qualifications
• Male, 30 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Civil or Management
• Minimum experiences 5 years
• Understand Balance Score Card & Six Sigma
• Having great Interpersonal Skills

SHE (Safety, Healty and Environment) Manager (SHE)

Duties
1. Develop SHE System
2. Monitoring SHE Performa for all work location
3. Determine the strategic Plan for improving SHE Performa
4. Developing of Safety culture for employee

Essential Requirements
• Male, 30 - 35 years old
• Bachelor degree
• Not less than 7 years experiences
• Should have SHE System experiences.
