Service Quality Measurement Supervisor
Job Summary :
To measure quality & effectiveness of customer service activities in order to support organizational goals & objective
Job Responsibilities :
§ To develop well planned and systematic activities to ensure the quality requirements are
fulfilled
§ To design and conduct measurements of all key customer service areas including customer
survey & benchmarking
§ To develop an effective measurement method and tools to support
§ To analyse data and give feedback and new ideas to all functions concerned to develop
programs of to improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
§ Min S1 preferable Statistic/Mathematic background with GPA min 3.00
§ Strong analytical thinking
§ Open minded
§ People oriented
§ Assertive, good in communication
§ Enthusiastic, energetic
§ Good in English (spoken & written)
