BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (BDO)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop new & existing customers
- Maintaining a good relation with clients
- Make proposals & presentations to clients tailoring to their individual needs
- Conducting market research
Job Requirements :
- S1 with min GPA of 3.0
- Min 3 years of experience in sales/marketing/business development
- Great interpersonal skill and positive attitude in dealing with people

EDC PROGRAMMER (EDC-P)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- To analyse user’s request and to prepare the software function and specification for software system solution
- Responsible for technical task, ranging from those that are simple to complex ones as well as solving any problems which may arise
- To create new driver tools from the hardware specification and to modify the existing software operation system in accordance with the requests
- To investigate any software related problems which may arise and come up with suggestions for improvement
- Being diligent and meticulous in finding faults/problems in the specification as well as the software requirement statements; and coming up with the appropriate recommendation
- To create test applications and put it in use
- Working together with the product testing team to solve any software related problem
Job Requirements :
- Degree in computing or IT
- Min 2 years experience in software developing
- Must be proficient in C/C++, Visual Basic, SQL PHP, and Java
- Must understand basic knowledge of ISO8583, ISO7816, multithreading, shared memory management, and socket programming
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken, especially in English
- Possess positive work attitude, proactive, and initiative
- Able to work under minimum supervision as well as in a team
- Ability to work under pressure
MERCHANT SALES OFFICER (MSO)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Acquiring new Merchants and ensuring that the monthly targets are met.
- Ensuring that complete documents are submitted by the merchants to be processed by the Bank
- Preparing weekly Merchant reports
- Maintaining a good relationship with existing Merchant
Job Requirements :
- 2 years of sales experience, previous Merchant Acquisition experience preferred
- Target and customer oriented
- Capable to work independently with minimum supervision as well as maintaining good performance working under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, resourceful and creative problem-solver

HR OFFICER (HRO)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Sorts incoming applications according to the respective department & position
- Selects applications to be kept in our database for future needs
- Produce and submit a monthly recruitment report
- Post advertisements in the newspapers & online to ensure that it reaches a wide pool of applicants
- Arrange interview appointments & participate in applicant interview
- Selects and conducts the appropriate testing needed and interpret the results
- Conduct reference checks on candidates
- Monitor daily attendance & investigate the causes for staff absences
- Assist with the HR Adiministration process
Job Requirements :
- S1 with min GPA of 3.0 (psychology preferred)
- Min 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 1 year in Recruitment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work effectively wide range of diverse people
- Willing to travel quite extensively
- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Positive mind set, highly motivated with strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
