companies, is currently seeking for the following
position:

Job Title : FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES (FAS) MANAGER
Level : Manager or Senior Manager
Reporting To : Managing director
Number of subordinates: Staff pooling system
Based in: Jakarta, Indonesia

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

To be responsible for the merger and acquisition
transaction services line business, e.g.,
Due diligence for private equity houses, venture
capitalist, financial and strategic buyer
Accounting support and advisor role on specialist
securities offering (debt program, debt issues,
securitization)
Accounting and tax structuring (work together with the
company’s tax division)
Vendor due diligence
To be responsible in developing and coaching the
dedicated transaction services subordinates

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate from reputable university
Fluent in English
At least 5 years Financial/Transaction Advisory
Service works, particularly strong in due diligence
Self-motivated and diligent
