Expressions of interest are sought for possible short-term appointments (6 months up to 1 year) with the potential to extend, or for permanent employee, in the Information Technology areas of: Software Development Project Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst and Designer, Application Developer, Software Tester and Quality Assurance, Technical Writer.

General requirements:

• Willingness to travel within region (or abroad) is required.

Specific requirements:

Software Development Project Manager (Position A)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University with minimum GPA of 3.00 from scale 4.00.
• Have a minimum of 8 years experience in IT with at least 3 years in IT/ Software Development Project Management Role.
• Having good knowledge software development project methodology or project framework.
• Strong discipline in Software Engineering principles and familiar in software development processes (Rational Unified Process, etc.)
• Excellent skill in using Project Management tools.
• Having good knowledge and experience in some industry business process.
• Having good knowledge in business process at an utility company is an advantage.
• Experienced in Planning, Coordinating, Monitoring and Termination of IT Projects. Experienced at monitoring work progress and performance.

Business Analyst (Position B)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Has a minimum of 4 years of experience in software / business process application development projects in any industry.
• Having good exposure in business process at utility company is an advantage.
• Good Knowledge and experience skills in Java™ and Oracle® RDBMS
• Good Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) documentations.
• Good Knowledge of UML modeling in software development.
• Extensive knowledge of Requirement Gathering and Analysis.

System Analyst and Designer (Position C)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Minimum 5 years experience as Application System Analyst and/ or System Designer.
• Strong knowledge and skill to specific business requirement.
• Strong knowledge and skill in UML modeling in a software development.
• Strong knowledge and skill in various SDLC methodologies and their documentation technics.
• Strong knowledge in enterprise system architecture.
• Knowledge in SOA is a high advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of www & various internet technologies.
• Having technical expertise in Java and Oracle Database.
• Experienced at leading analysis and design for enterprise application
• Banking, financial service and utility background is strongly preferred.

Application Developer (Position D)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Minimum 2 year of professionals experience in both desktop / web applications using Java™ EE using IDE (Eclipse or Netbeans).
• Experienced using Java™ Application Framework such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate.
• Experienced in developing Web Services.
• Having experience in SQL and RDBMS, especially Oracle®.
• Understands good Object Oriented and/ or Service Oriented software design and methodology.
• Has a strong programming and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge in UML modeling in a software development.
• Familiar with SDLC.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Software Tester and Quality Assurance (Position E)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Minimum 1 years experience as Software Quality Assurance or Software Tester.
• Good knowledge of UML and Software Documentation.
• Experience in creating Test Plan, Test Case, Test Script and other Test documentations in a software development.

User Interface Designer (Position F)

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related or Graphic / Interior Design from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a software User Interface Designer.
• Solid skill in using tools and designing software/application user interface using Flash or standard Java desktop GUI (SWING, etc.)
• Solid skill in Web Interface Design using Rich Internet Application (such as AJAX technology), etc.

Technical Writer (Position G)

• Preferably Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science related from reputable Indonesian / Overseas University.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Technical Writer.
• Good knowledge of UML and Software Documentation.
• Able to create Design Specification Document, User Manual, Functional Specification, and other related software development documents
