The Role:

Recognised as one of the best in the industry, Dow's CDP is a comprehensive 12-month program consisting of:

• Extensive training - develop capabilities and technical knowledge of markets and applications
• Hands on exposure to Customer Service activities
• Sales and marketing project assignments exploring growth opportunities for Dow
• Customer visits with an experienced Sales staff
• Networking with experiencedDowcolleagues and building mentoring relationship

Upon successful completion of this 12-month program you will transition into an Account Manager role for one of Dow's global businesses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Science, Business or Marketing
• Credit average (minimum) GPA : 3,00
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills
• Team player
• Demonstrates a high degree of initiative
• Strong analytical skills
• A passion for sales
• Good command or both English and Bahasa
