Tasks:
- Administrative Support to Head of Mission- GRC Liaison Office Indonesia
- Financial accounting for GRC country office
- Monitoring of financial reporting on GRC grants to PMI headquarters departments and operations
- Coordination of production of GRC newsletter and public relations material
- Technical Liaison with PMI Headquarters departments and GRC Projects / Delegates.
- Administrative support to national emergency relief and capacity building programs
Required Skills:
- Training in business administration or related field
- Financial management and accounting skills
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office
- Excellent English language skills oral and written
- Working experiences in the Red Cross Movement and or International Humanitarian Relief Organizations
- Good team worker
