About The Company:
Our client is a international branded cosmetics and perfume distributor, located at Central Jakarta, with below responsibilities and qualifications:

Responsibilities:
€ ¦§ Coordinate with director/principle of making forecast, order, promotion plan, and business correspondence (assisted by secretary).
€ ¦§ Related to human resources division/trainer to develop the staffs and also involved in giving material of product knowledge.
€ ¦§ Responsible of 30 staff, include operation manager, supervisor, and beauty consultant located at department stores.
€ ¦§ Responsible for product launching and workshop/gathering.
€ ¦§ Direct report to marketing manager.

Qualification of Successful Candidate:
€ ¦§ Female, maximum age 33.
€ ¦§ Bachelor Degree.
€ ¦§ Excellent skill in English, both oral and written
€ ¦§ Strong skill in negotiation, leadership and creativity
€ ¦§ Flexible in working as a team and individual
€ ¦§ Minimum 3 years working experience in consumer goods industry and/or marketing.
€ ¦§ Able to work under pressure
