We are National Shipping Company looking for candidate to fulfill
position as follows:

(1) HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT & GENERAL AFFAIRS SENIOR MANAGER
(2) HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER/DPA
(3) NAVAL ARCHITECT (PONTIANAK)
(4) LOGISTIC STAFF
(5) BRANCH MANAGER (BALIKPAPAN)
(6) OPERATIONAL HEAD (BALIKPAPAN)
(7) OPERATIONAL STAFF (BALIKPAPAN)
(8) PURCHASING HEAD (BALIKPAPAN)
(9) PURCHASING STAFF (BALIKPAPAN)
(10) HSE INSPECTOR (BALIKPAPAN)
Qualifications are:
• Female/Male of age maximum 40 years old (1, 2, 5, 6, 8),
maximum 30 years (3, 4, 7, 9, 10)
• Bachelor/Master Degree in related background from reputable
university (1, 2, 5)
• Bachelor/Master Degree in Marine Engineer/Naval Architect
from reputable university (3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10)
• Excellent leadership, communication, drafting & presentation
skill both in English and Bahasa (1, 2, 5, 6, 8, 10)
• Visionary (1, 2, 5, 6, 8)
• Solid experience in human resources development spectrum (1)
• Solid experience in health & safety spectrum (2, 10)
• Preferable having shipping background and have experienced
in similar position minimum 3 years for Head position and 7 years
for Manager position (5, 6)
• Extended knowledge of logistics, IT systems, purchasing,
transport system, and continuous improvement processes related to
the same business (5)
• Solid experiences in import & purchasing system, especially
in shipping industry, at least 2 years for staff position and 3
years as Head position (8, 9);
• At least 4 years hands on as SENIOR position, with overall
10 years experiences in Human Resource Development, preferable from
shipping industry/consulting (1)
• At least 3 years hands on as Health & Safety Manager, with
overall 7 years experiences in Health & Safety, preferable from
shipping industry/consulting (2)
• At least 1 years hand on as Naval Architect (3)
• At least 1 years hand on as Logistic Staff in Shipping
Company (4)
• Have 2 years experiences in HSE management system (shipping
industry) & able to work with team or/and independently (10)
• Have valid driving licenses for car & motorbike, preferable
having own vehicle (4, 8, 9, 10)
• Open to frequent traveling (1, 2, 10)
• Up-to-date on HR laws & regulation (1)
• Must be familiar with ISM Code & ISO 9001 : 2000 (2)
• Proficient in Mandarin is preferable (1,2, 5, 6, 8, 9)
• Live in Balikpapan or willing to work in Balikpapan (5, 6,
7 , 8, 9, 10)
• Willing to work in Pontianak (3)
