TEAM LEADER

QUALIFICATIONS :

a.. Male/ Female -- 20 to 55 years of age -- house-wives and retired personnel are also welcome.
b.. We seek a team player who like challenges, smart, ambitious with integrity and willing to learn fast.
c.. The person should be energetic, motivated, responsible, well-organized, efficient, creative, confident, and targets oriented.
d.. In this role you will need to work under pressure to lead, organize, train, motivate, monitor and manage your staff to achieve targets.
e.. Good communication skills.
f.. High School (S.M.U.) graduate are encouraged to apply, as we employ people NOT papers.
g.. Have broad networking (MLM - Insurance background) would be considered a plus.
h.. Having min. 1 year experience leading a sales team, leading a telemarketing team will be an advantage
