EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISSTANT ENGINEER (PA-EG)
Responsibilities: Assist the Executive in day-to-day administrative
and operational matters such as in preparing confidential
correspondence, reports preparation, presentation preparation, and
other complex documents as well as in organizing and monitoring
business operation; act on the Executive¡¯s behalf when delegated;
work together with Executive Secretary in scheduling appointment and
coordinating arrangements for the Executive.
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor in Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial
engineering from reputable university; 2 years relevant experience in
similar post or in project management but talented fresh graduates
(with minimum GPA¡Ý3.00) are welcome to apply; TOEFL¡Ý500; excellent
in administrative and procedural skills as well as in planning and
organizing; able to secure confidential information; proportional
attention to details; mature outlook but also willing to have fun
along the way.
QUALITY, HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT - SYSTEM ENGINEER (QHSE-SE)
Responsibilities: Coordinating the overall QHSE activities within a
project or operation area; actively ensuring follow-up on QHSE
related subjects and participating in QHSE audits; assisting in
managing contractors or suppliers according to the QHSE Management
System and relevant standards; developing and maintaining a high
level of awareness among all personnel through communication,
training, and active personal involvement in preventing and reporting
of non-conformances; assisting in reporting QHSE statistics
accurately.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Civil or Industrial engineering from
reputable university; 2 years relevant experience in a similar post;
knowledge of QHSE regulations, standards, systems, and procedures;
experience in relevant training would be great advantages; good
problem solving techniques; strong conceptual and analytical
thinking; ability to cope with additional responsibilities;
proportional attention to details; innovative and prepared to share
knowledge.
AUTO TRADE TRAINER (AT-TR)
Responsibilities: Develop training material of auto trade; identify
training need of existing auto trade persons; contribute in reducing
number of miss maintenance of mobile equipment; be a PIC in the
absence of Trade Training Senior Supervisor; involve in recruitment
process of auto trade person.
Requirements: Minimum Senior High School in Mechanical or Automotive
engineering; minimum 5 years relevant experience in similar
activities; proven skills on auto trade-related areas; knowledge and
skill of training process, goal, and achievement; good problem
solving techniques; strong conceptual and analytical thinking;
ability to cope with additional responsibilities; innovative and
prepared to share knowledge.
HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATION TRAINER (HE-TR)
Responsibilities: Develop training material of heavy equipment
operation training; identify training need of existing heavy
equipment (excavator, bulldozer, motor grader, skidder, backhoe
loader, compactor, etc.) operators; contribute in reducing number of
heavy equipment accident; be a PIC in the absence of Operation
Training Senior Supervisor; involve in recruitment process of heavy
equipment operators; SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for
heavy equipment operators.
Requirements: Minimum Senior High School graduated; minimum 5 years
relevant experience in similar activities; proven skills on operating
various heavy equipment; knowledge and skill of training process,
goal, and achievement; good problem solving techniques; strong
conceptual and analytical thinking; ability to cope with additional
responsibilities; innovative and prepared to share knowledge.
LIGHT VEHICLE & TRUCK OPERATION TRAINER (LVT-TR)
Responsibilities: Develop training material of light vehicle and
truck operation training; identify training need of existing light
vehicle and truck drivers; contribute in reducing number of light
vehicle and truck accident; be a PIC in the absence of Operation
Training Senior Supervisor; involve in recruitment process of light
vehicle and truck drivers; SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi
Perusahaan) for light vehicle and truck drivers.
Requirements: Minimum Senior High School graduated; minimum 5 years
relevant experience in similar activities; proven skills on operating
light vehicle and truck; knowledge and skill of training process,
goal, and achievement; good problem solving techniques; strong
conceptual and analytical thinking; ability to cope with additional
responsibilities; innovative and prepared to share knowledge.
General Requirements: Computer literate; excellent in English and
Bahasa both written and spoken; high personal work-motivation,
communicative, proactive, and creative; high orientation on cost-
effectiveness, quality, time-frame, and safety; high professional-
integrity and excellent teamwork skills; willing to travel and
relocate to Kalimantan.
