We are looking for an expat, living in Indonesia, who will be a highly

Construction Manager to manage the project with a high level of safety
and quality to deliver the project on time and to budget.

2. Project Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler for a major project
for the construction of a new steel manufacturing plant. Must have
extensive site experience on similar industrial projects and be able to
use scheduling software, preferably Primavera P3e. Will be required to
develop, track and report on schedules for civil, building and process
line equipment (mechanical and electrical). Evaluate and monitor
performance against plans. Responsible to the Projects Control Manager.

3. Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with extensive
experience on large industrial projects. Must be able to measure civil
and structural quantities and update the project scope measurement in
line with the WBS and budget. Will be required to evaluate contractor
progress claims. Responsible to the Projects Control Manager.

4. Construction Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced civil works Construction Supervisor
who is conversant with ACI / ASTM Civil Standards. Must have extensive
site experience on major industrial projects and work closely with
contractor supervision. Will be required to supervise contracts to a
high level of safety and quality and work closely with contractor's
supervisors and crews. Responsible to the Construction Manager.

5. Structural Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Structural Supervisor who is
conversant with

AS Structural Standards. Must have extensive site experience on major
industrial projects and have a high level of safety training especially
in working at heights. Will be required to supervise contracts to a high
level of safety and quality and work closely with contractor's
supervisors and crews. Responsible to the Construction Manager.

6. Welding Inspector

We are looking for an experienced Welding Inspector who is conversant
with AS Welding Standards. Must have extensive site experience on major
industrial projects in the fabrication and erection of building
structures, utilities piping and mechanical equipment installation.
Responsible to the Construction Manager.

7. Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor who is
conversant with

PROGRAM BOOTCAMP


Program Bootcamp adalah merupakan salah satu program pengembangan internal karyawan pada PT Xsis Mitra Utama. Typical Responsibilities
§ Plan, organize and direct timely and accurate preparation of financial
regulatory reports for management and / or regulators and other external
constituencies
§ Ensures accurate Flash results are available for review and submit to
Regional Finance within required deadlines
§ Ensure completion and completeness of financial statements to an
auditable level each month
§ Manage cash flow forecasting
§ Oversee and manage department workload and priorities, ensure policies
and procedures are implemented and standards maintained
§ Recommend new policies, processes and procedures to meet the changing
requirements of internal clients
§ Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements
§ Assist in activities such as taxation, credit policy, cash flow and
investment policy, costing and expense control, insurance arrangements and
property administration
§ Provide routine financial information and interpretations to management

Job Requirment :
§ University degree in Finance / Accounting (MBA desirable)
