of  Field Officer for a community based adaptation to climate  change project in Banyuwangi, East Java. This position will mainly be based in Bangsring village, Banyuwangi, and reports directly to the Project Officer in Jakarta.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of community based adaptation project in Banyuwangi, in accordance with objectives, activities, and targets outlined within detail plan;
- Work together with local NGO partner in the implementation of
project;
- Liaise with local government authorities and other stakeholders;
- Assist in the monitoring of expenditures, budgets, and expense
tracking of activities in coordination with the Finance Division;
- Remain flexible to perform other duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong idealism to work for environmental and equitable sustainable development in Indonesia;
- Responsible, honest, self-direction with minimum supervision, and self motivated to learn.
- Capability in performing activities across disciplines with strong
sense of team-work;
- Good written and spoken communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;

SENIOR ENGINEERS (Singapore Based)
Requirements:
a.. Good knowledge of engineering software used in offshore industries
b.. Perform naval architectural analyses and structural design of offshore facilities and vessels
c.. Technical review/ assessment of engineering documents and procedures for offshore operations
d.. Onshore and offshore attendance during loadout, transport and installation of offshore platforms, pipelines and mobile units
e.. A good engineering degree and at least 5 years relevant experience in offshore industries
f.. Based in Singapore and willing to travel frequently in the Far East

ADMIN SECRETARY FOR MARKETING AND PROJECT (Singapore Based)
Responsibility:
a.. To identify and liaise with potential clients including following up
b.. To assist in planning and executing marketing plan, meeting and co-ordination
c.. To provide proactive and administrative support to management
d.. Co-ordinate project execution and document control

Requirements:
a.. Preferably diploma and above
b.. Min. 3 years experience in marketing or project and with basic accounting knowledge
c.. Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, spontaneous and responsible
d.. Organized, keen and fast learner with a positive attitude and teamwork
e.. Proficiency with MS office including MS project/access
f.. Experience in the offshore and marine industry will be an advantage
g.. Based in Singapore and willing to travel to meet clients in the Far East
