Summary of Job Description

General Requirements
Basic Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Business Administration with at least 6 years of HR working experiences.
Must be currently holding an Assistant Manager, HRD position – as potential candidate will be under our OEP-G “Fast-Track” Manager program for 2 years.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities)

In charge of overall Risk Management for Commercial Fleet.
• Underwrite and manage performance of a portfolio of accounts to specifications and identify

structuring, etc.)

• Prepare/deliver presentations to BOD and customers
• Leverage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of historical information and

Qualifications/
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Business
Administration
• At least Five years of directly related experience underwriting entire deals, loan structuring, ROI
modeling (pricing), scenario analysis, negotiating waivers and amendments. Some experience
in deal leadership (negotiation, documentation and closing), valuation techniques, and workout
(including exit of distressed loans, re-financings and bankruptcies)
