Education:

§ S1 (BS) Degree in Accounting from a recognized university.

Experience:

COMMERCIAL FINANCE (based in Yogyakarta)

Objective:


To effectively manage and lead day to day operational of credit control activities

Accountabilities:

  • Management of credit control to maximize the payment received
  • Control/reduce past dues
  • Chasing of outstanding debt including the raising of debt chasing letter, statement, telephone chasing
  • Reconciliation of all accounts assigned
  • Manages the operational processes by ensuring all payments/credit refunds are processed, allocated and reconciled against customer account in a timely manner
  • Improves system and operational procedure to minimize risk due to bad payment
  • Updates cash book with all credit received and ensure posted onto the system
  • Creation of new accounts and developing the credit checking facility around the new account
  • Ensures sales invoices are raised and posted
  • Ensures credit control targets and objectives are met and developed
  • Reviews current method used and assist in improving and developing best practice
  • Manages distributors performance, proposing and revising business process/service level agreement whenever necessary

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy from reputable Universities
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as accounts receivable/accounting supervisor in retail industry
  • Strong internal control technical skills including ability to apply risk management principles
  • Good analytical thinking, teamwork & cooperation skills, communication & influence skills and interpersonal understanding
  • High achievement orientation
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office application (excel, word and power point)
  • Ability to create and maintain relationship both externally and internally
  • Highly integrity, commited and responsible person
  • Able to work under-pressure and long hours
  • Good command in English both written and spoken
  • Based in Jogyakarta
