Job Description/
Responsibility:


Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
:
In charge of overall Risk Management for Commercial Fleet.
• Underwrite and manage performance of a portfolio of accounts to specifications and identify
opportunities for new deals.
• Manage customer accounts to ensure customer retention, account performance, compliance with
documentation and credit approvals and identification of opportunities for new deals.
• Develop and execute on account management strategies that mitigate risk and maximize
profitability. Monitor and report on assigned portfolio.
• Evaluate potential transactions and structuring/
underwriting deals to maintain high asset quality
while meeting customer needs.
• Structure solutions, negotiate documentation, and prepare presentations to produce timely
closure on deals
• Lead problem loan resolutions and workout situations
• Mentor, develop and help assess Risk Management MDP, Risk Analysts to develop key portfolio
and underwriting competencies (including financial modeling, reporting, market research,
structuring, etc.)
• Interface with loan operations to provide information and direction on daily and periodic loan
administration and collateral monitoring activities
• Prepare/deliver presentations to BOD and customers
• Leverage databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of historical information and
transactions needed for future deals or analysis.

Qualifications/
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics or Business
Administration
• At least Five years of directly related experience underwriting entire deals, loan structuring, ROI
modeling (pricing), scenario analysis, negotiating waivers and amendments. Some experience
in deal leadership (negotiation, documentation and closing), valuation techniques, and workout
(including exit of distressed loans, re-financings and bankruptcies)
, identifying and leveraging
income generating opportunities and identification/
establishment of policies and standards
• Previous experience deriving non-typical solutions using analysis and application of quantitative
data and coach others on how to probe for information, critically evaluate, recognize non-obvious
patterns, and spot flaws in logic
• Prior experience maintaining/
leveraging long-term relationships through an established network
within/across organizations/
industries.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully gain buy-in and elicit confidence of organizational leaders.

• Previous experience consistently displaying leadership in stressful situations, motivating others
to remain committed/productiv
e.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate without leaving other party feeling that they've lost.
• Prior experience driving process improvements using quality tools/methodology appropriately.
• Demonstrated ability to recognize high-risk situations and those with conflicting agendas. Making
trade-offs without leaving the organization vulnerable.
• Good English communication skills, both verbally and in written.
