Job Vacancy as Manager Fuel & Logistics

Our Client, a Power Company in Indonesia, is currently seeking
qualified Indonesian Nationals to fill in the following position:

1. Manager Fuel & Logistics

Main responsibilities:

• Plan and implement the purchasing budget in order to make sure fund
availability
• Implement tender process in order to get the best bidder and sit as
chairman of tender committee
• Coordinate, supervise in/out going orders, cargo physical handling
and its delivery/shipping documentation in order to maximize space
utilization and flow of good
• Regularly perform inventory audit/stock-count of fuel, coal, spare
parts and other material in order to reconcile its discrepancies
• Approve the payable invoices of goods

Education/Skill/Experience

• Minimum of S1 degree from the reputable University
• Hands on experience of at least 5 years
• Ability to make contact and negotiate with Suppliers, Shipping
Agencies, Contractors, both Domestic and Overseas.

2. Manager – Operation & Maintenance

Main Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and repair the plant and operational interface in
a manner with "good utility practice", in order to meet the operating
procedures.
• Apply safety and environment protection devices and safety practices
in order to meet the international codes and requirements.
• Organize employee on duty at the project and dispatch center in 245
hours a day in order to make sure an interrupted operation.
• Supervise Operation/Maintenance contractor and sub contractor
engaged in operation and maintenance in order to maintain high
standard of work performance.
• Sit in the "operating committee" in order to oversight all matters
relating to the inter connection between plant and end user grid system.

Education/Skill/Experience

• Minimum of S1 degree majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Hands on experience of at least 5 years
• Ability to communicate and conduct negotiation with Domestic and
Over seas Operation and Maintenance Contractor.
