Vac: Retail Finance Mgr

RETAIL FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Actively maintain hi-potential leasing company in every regional (either province or island)
territory
* Fully involving in creating aggressive leasing strategy
* Participate in customer requirements/ product and following up

* Design aggressive leasing project and scheduling to support sales
* Plan and participate in project regular Sales
* Participate in "Sales & Marketing Network Development Meetings".
* Maintain close cooperation with Main Dealers, Dealers and other Sales Channel as well; and
Leasing Company.
* Stimulate continuous process improvement

Requirements:
* Dimension/KPIs (Indicate the main job dimensions and KPI's)
* S1 Finance/Accounting Degree, MM or MBA is desirable
* At least 5 years of working experience in the Leasing Multinational Company, whereas at least 3
years of the total experience is as Retail Finance/Leasing Manager
* Willingness for traveling and ability to relocate
* Excellent communication skill
* Proficient user of the English language
* PC literacy
