PULP TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

RESPONSIBILITY
To Functions as a product and/or market segment expert supporting new sales activities To provide technical support & troubleshooting for Pulp business in Indonesia
As a team and application leader to presents customer presentations, develops and delivers training materials, Ensures safe practices, plus provides expert applications information and
market based feedback to all parts of the business. Team skills/coaching skills/Lead by influence.
Responsible for in field implementation and coordination of new product commercialization activities: as such, provides field input to R&D projects, validates and determines "best fit" for new technologies and provides tactical and strategic direction for use and competitive positioning.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
Willing to be Stationed at Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia
Min 5 years working experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in applications and sales / Pulp industry
Experience with running field trials
Knowledge of pulping and water treatment making technologies
Exposure to contract accounts (understanding profitability)
Able to communicate in English - oral & written
Computer literate
Degree in Engineering (Chemical or Pulp/Paper) or Chemistry graduate
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
