1. Position : Account Manager
Main Responsibilities
a.. Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.
b.. Ensure good understanding of customers' requirements and current market information
c.. Involve in all activities to ensure the establishment of the brand.
d.. Explore for opportunity to achieve sales targets with pre-sales team.
e.. Pro-actively deliver new sales into existing customer portfolio
f.. Responsible for credit collection with the Finance team.
Requirements
a.. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications/
b.. Minimum 3 years' sales experience in the telecommunication industry with proven track record
c.. Familiar with international trading, international law, business management principles, credit collection, finance management, bidding procedures, etc.
d.. High achievers who are ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
e.. Resourceful, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
f.. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
2. Position : Value Added Service Product Manager
Main Responsibilities:
a.. Work with the Account Manager on the planning of competitive strategy including business plan and action plan
b.. Support pre-sales activities by responding to RFI, RFQ and RFP
c.. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
d.. Marketing of Huawei's IN product range, including network concepts and solutions
e.. Support all product promotion related activities
Main Requirements:
a.. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study
b.. Minimum 3 years' experience managing IN related products
c.. In-depth technical background in telecommunications networking
d.. Hands-on experience and knowledge on some of the following technology:
- Switching
- Mobile network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA)
- Fixed network (NGN)
- Messaging Systems (SMS, MMS, Voice Mail and WAP)
- Data Network
a.. Good planning and business presentation skills
b.. Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage
3. Project Manager
Main Responsibilities:
a.. Overall responsibility for project activities
b.. Plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning, material and equipment logistics
c.. General control over engineering activities, including exchange of plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment layout and network configuration data
d.. Supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with the relevant conditions of the contract
e.. Participate in bidding activities and identify implementation requirements from tender documents
f.. Plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when necessary
Main Requirements:
a.. Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication/
b.. 3-5 years' working experience in telecommunication turnkey project management.
c.. Able to promote team work, and have proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal
d.. Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
e.. Must be able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
4. Service Delivery Manager
Main Responsibilities:
a.. Responsible for sales & marketing of after-sales services (e.g. maintenance services for telecommunications projects, etc.) to targeted customers.
a.. Responsible for after-sales service project management.
a.. Maintain & improve customer relationship.
a.. Provide services in pre-sales contract support and contract management.
Main Requirements:
a.. Bachelor degree or above in Management, Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field of study.
b.. Minimum 3 years experience in telecommunications field with at least 1 year experience in technical support services.
c.. Exposure in international telecommunication company and experience in service sales and marketing are preferred.
d.. Good planning and business presentation skills.
e.. Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
f.. Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin will be an added value.
5. SITAC Coordinator for Project
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible to ensure for land acquisition process with the local citizen and district government regulations in accordance to support smoothest of project implementation
6. Civil Mechanical Engineer (CME) for Project
Main Responsibilities:
a.. You will responsible for Site Acquisition, CME and ITC work standard to meet the customer requirement.
b.. Good knowledge in GSM/GPRS/CDMA network engineering and to recommend approved subcontractors to perform Site Acquisition, CME and ITC work services.
c.. Set objectives, structure, organize and plan activities within CME or ITC work groups as well to prepare and update the implementation program in cooperation with the project manager.
d.. Supervise for subcontractor tasks including progress, schedule and quality at the field
Main Requirements:
- Civil mechanical background
- 2-3 years working experience in the same field
7. Survey and Design Engineer for Project
Main Responsibilities:
a.. To implement site survey, including floor layout and technical support you will also provide survey & design quality management consultation.
b.. Train internal employees and clients, including partners and proxy staff.
c.. Establish the survey & design quality assurance system platform and implement telecom equipment or ITU standards, etc.
8. Microwave Engineer for Project
Main Responsibilities:
a.. Handle for microwave project
b.. Provide engineering technical support for microwave transmission project
c.. Provide high level technical training to customer and commissioning workers
d.. 2 years working experience in microwave engineering, strong technical knowledge for microwave element and equipment
9. Quality Control Engineer for Project
Main Responsibilities:
- In charge for the project quality activity, quality training, inspection, civil mechanical quality, etc
- In charge for the new hardware technology, power system technology
- Make sure that the implementation can be run smoothly in field
- Support project hardware installation
Main Requirements:
- Degree from telecommunication/ electrical engineering / Information technology
- At least 1 year experience in the same field
