: HSE Superintendent & Occupational HSE

Coordinator positions for our client, a PSC (Production Sharing Contractor) company.

HSE SUPERINTENDENT
Role:
Responsible and accountable & responsible to to maintain and develop EHS management system and to set up training need analyze (TNA) & to minimize dependency of external resources for mandatory & regular HSE training & develop analyze HSE training programme as requested to
ensure that line management achieves their training objectives.
This position report to Manager.

Requirements:
a. S1 Engineering /Technical background (in Electrical /Mechanical /Chemical / Environment /
Petroleum /Geoscience)
b. Minimum 7-10 years experience in Safety Management System Development
c. Familiar with safety standard and government regulation
d. Good knowledge of emergency preparedness plan
e. Strong statistical analysis
f. Computer literacy: Microsoft windows
g. Familiar with safety equipment
h. Understand and familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
i. Use charts, tables, and spacing effectively in report writing.
j. Fluent Indonesia and English language
k. Experienced in process improvement and cost reduction
l. Experienced in presentation skill

OCCUPATIONAL HSE COORDINATOR

Role:
Will provide a focal point for the provision of HSE advice and assistance within the company, ensuring an effective HSE culture is fully integrated with all activities. The individual will assist to develop and champion the success of the company HSE management system in accordance with MIGAS, and BP MIGAS regulation, Corporate Expectations, Annual Performance Plans, and change in legislations.

Requirements:
a. Engineering Degree and a recognize formal HSE qualifications (in Electrical /Mechanical/
Chemical / Environment / Petroleum /Geoscience)
b. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry as well as 5 years in HSE
management role.
c. Be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to HSE Management
