Requirements:
- Male or female with maximum age of 35 years old
- Min. 5 years experience with 2-3 years in Legal field (drafting and analyzing)
- Familiar in drafting agreement for acquisition and merger
- Possess network in agribusiness would be an advantage
- Excellent English skill in oral and written
