JAVA PROGRAMMER

Requirement:

- Holding degree in Computer Science (GPA >= 3.00) from a
reputable university
- Majoring Information System, Information Science or Computer
Science
- Minimum of one years experience as a Java Programmer in full
software development project (minimum in a 12 man month project)
- Knowledge java server page, HTML/PHTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT,
ORACLE
- Familiar with J2EE, JAVA APPLET, ORACLE FORM, ORACLE REPORT
would be advantage
- Have in depth knowledge of Web application development
- Have in depth knowledge of Object Oriented (OO) concept and
Relational Database (RDBMS) concept
- Have a good communication skill, analytical skill and
problem solving skill
- Experience with PL-SQL, EJB, Struts & Ibatis would be an
advantage
- Have agility, ability to work independently and as team
player
- High motivation, hard-working, responsible and outstanding
performance


Analyst
This position will work closely in cross-functional teams with
database management, data mining, process development, contact
centers, and marketing communication as well as with all levels of
management within organization to provide project management and
coordination for all of new or improvement program initiative from
idea generation to project implementation/ operation

Responsiblities included :
1. Research & development of program initiative
2. Track and coordinate projects through each phase of program
development lifecycle toward successful completion
3. Develop and maintain project documentation: project charter
and project schedules
4. Provide coordination leadership to cross-functional project
team, balancing need of project accomplishment and team social-
emotional support

Requirement :
1. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with proven
experience applying these skills to resolve business issues
2. Strong communication skill and ability to work under
pressure across various departments & varying level of management
3. Able to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage/plan
multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
4. Initiative & ability to independently drive project through
completion, as well as working in a team
5. Knowledge of marketing, and project management tools &
technique, e.g. clustering, gant-chart
6. Skills to extensively work with Microsoft or Open Office
environment, e.g. Microsoft Access, Open Office Writer
7. Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in marketing or
business development project nature environment. IT or Natural
resources background is proffered
