Vacancy as CSO

PT. DKSH TUNGGAL is a leading international healthcare distributor with over 140 years experience in Asia that provides one of the largest distribution networks in Indonesia with 21 branches, is currently looking for the position: Customer Service Officer in Warehouse.

Main responsibility: To administer customer data in warehouse, supporting delivery is maintained timely, complaint is handled properly and sales volume is achieved increasingly.

Responsibilities:
o Involve actively in daily operation of customer division at all branches such as taking orders from customers or sales forces, invoicing, updating master data.
o Follow up outstanding customer operational issues
o Maintain good relationship with customers
o Maintain good relationship with relevant department within the company
o Generate reports
o Actively inform customers of a new campaign program and
o Understand business process

Requirements:
o Female, Single, Smart and Energetic
o At least S1 degree in related fields from reputable university
o Posses at least 2-3 years of related experiences
o Excellent communication skill in English and computer literate is a must
o Have initiative and hard working.
o Informative and team player personality.
o Have good attitude to explain and handling complaint.
o Preferably have pharmaceutical background and is familiar with SAP system.
