Requirements:

1.. 25-32 years old, single
2.. Min. Diploma
3.. Min. 1 year experience in similar position
4.. Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
5.. Proficient in English both verbal and written
Duties:

1.. Handling customer complaint
2.. Provide product knowledge or information to the customer
3.. Able to be problem solver to the customer
4.. Compile all the complaint and report to the Sales & Marketing division to be review
