Sales Administration - Control Manager
a.. Demand Management and Sales Target setting
Provide and consolidate a single demand forecast for a given period based on realistic and reliable assumptions provided by Sales Mangement and to supply these inputs to the Sales Director as basisfor
agreed corporate forecast for a given period. Also updates forecast inputs to ensure accuracy and ease of use.
b.. Regional Distributor (RD) Streering and Coordination
Evaluate performance and develops analytical reports for the Sales Director regarding RD performance based on reports submitted by RD and other market information. Establishes Sales and Distribution targets in coordination with the RSMs for all RDs. Secures all Purchase Orders from RDs and ensures that all orders are in line with the agreed inventory holding. For the period and are processed and dispatched by supply chain management on time
Ensures timely communication and support to all RDs ie. Implementation of deals, price changes, new product introduction etc.
c.. Sales Administration
Through the Sales Support Manager, provides administrative support in: Preparation of sales circulars for the BDF sales teams, Regional Distributors and other departments concerned Prepares and distributes weekly sales updates (sell in and sell out) Computation of all sales incentives for the sales force and RDs Coordinates with the Brand group regarding the formulation and implementation of all promotional and merchandising plans in all sales areas and prepares the appropriate sales circular to all concerned. Updates customer master list, price list and product master.
d.. Sales Control
Ensures that all required sales reports from the field forces (salesmen, DSM, RSM) are submitted on time and properly accomplished. Reviews and approves expense reports, requests for cash advances, supplies and equipment of the entire sales force Ensure that all sales expenditures are monitored and are in line with approved Sales Expense Budget.
e.. Administrative Duties
Submits a monthly report to management regarding the performance of the Department vs. agreed KPIs and the planned operational activities for the succeeding month.
a.. Background from FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) is preferrable
b.. The ideal profile for the above position, between 35 - 37 years of age.
c.. Min. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 7 years of experience in Sales Administration
