1. DIRECTOR OF SALES (DOS)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience as DOS/ADOS in 4 star Hotel/Resorts
- Goal Oriented and energetic with Proven Sales History
- Strong in Corporate and Mice and network especially in Jakarta and major capital cities in
Indonesia and overseas
- Strong Leader with good Human and Public Relationship
- Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage

2. EXECUTIVE CHEF (EC)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience as
Executive Chef/ Sous Chef
Strong and Good leadership, Good Trainer and Teacher,
Expert in Western Cuisine and Strict in
Quality Control, Cost Control Good and Administration

3. SALES MANAGER (SM)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience as Sales
Manager/Asst. SM in 4/5 stars Hotel/Resorts
- Strong network in Jakarta and Indonesia in General
- Good Human and Public Relationship
- Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage

4. CHIEF ENGINEER (CE)
Requirements: - Min. 4 years experience in managerial
position in Maintenance and Engineering
- Strong and Good Excellent Leadership, strict in the overall quality control of the property and repair and maintenance, costs saving programs and its implementation

5. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING MANAGER (AAM)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience in Account (min Supervisor Level)
- Able to communicate in MANDARIN will be an advantage
- Good leadership and administrative skill
- Good knowledge in Taxation

6. PUBLIC RELATION MANAGER (PRM)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience in PR (min. PR Executive)
- Strong Human and Public Relationship
- Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Good writer and excellence communicator

7. LANDSCAPPING AND HORTICULTURE MANAGER (LHM)
Requirements: - Proven experience in some landscaping project
- Wide knowledge of horticulture
- Self Driven and able to interpret ideas into planning and execution

8. FB MANAGER (FBM)
Requirements: - Min 4 years experience in same position in 4/5 stars hotel with strong
Banquet experience and good knowledge of Western, Chinese and Indonesian cuisines and
strong entertainment skills and knowledge - Hands on Manager, Strong leadership with eye for details and good trainer and motivator with a high sense of creativity

9. SPORTS & ACTIVITIES MANAGER (SAM)
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience as Fitness & Sports Instructor with a talent of
organizing quality Events and Activities
- High sense of creativity and hands on Manager
- Outgoing personality with strong Human relationship

10. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY (ESEC)
Requirements: - 2 years experience in the same position
- Excellent English, Mandarin will be an advantage
- Computer and Internet literate

11. SOUS CHEF (SOC)
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in 4/5 stars hotel
- Strong in the Oriental and Indonesian Cuisines with Sea food as main emphasis
- Strong and Good leadership, Good Trainer and Teacher, Strict in Quality Control, Cost Control Good and Administration

12. ASSISTANT FO MANAGER (ASFOM)
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience in Supervisory level of FO
- Strong Human and Public Relationship and service minded with eye for details and good problem and complain handler
- Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
- Good Administrative and communicative skills

13. SALES EXECUTIVE (SE)
Requirements: - Minimum 2 years experience as Sales in
4/5 stars Hotel
- Goal Oriented and energetic with Proven Sales History
- Strong Human and Public Relationship
- Professional attitude and look, Charming and Outgoing personality
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin will be an advantage

14. FB OUTLET MANAGERS (FBOM)
Requirements: - Min. 2 years experience as
Supervisor/Outlet Manager in FB Service
- Hands on Manager, Strong leadership with eye for details and good trainer and motivator with a high sense of creativity
- Good knowledge and experience in Western, Chinese and Indonesian restaurants or food outlets
- Good Administration and Communication Skills

15. SEA SPORT EXECUTIVE (SSE)
Requirement: - Minimum 2 years experience in the similar position
- Familiar with Sea Sport activities
- Certified life guard
- Hands on person and pro-active, strong supervisory skills with eye for details and good trainer and motivator with a high sense of creativity

16. FO STAFF (FOS)
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduates of Hotel Academy or 1 year experience in similar position
- Good looking with Outgoing personality and good Human Relationship and Service minded

17.CASHIERs (CASH)
Requirements: - Diploma Fresh Graduates or 1 year experience in similar position
- Good Looking and outgoing personality
- Strict personality with Eye for details and quick thinker with accuracy in administration

General Requirements:
a. Ranking file staff age between 21 and 26 years, Supervisory Level age between 26 and 32 years old and Managerial Level between 26 and 40 years old.
b. Good Team player with a Good Team Spirit
c. Good Leadership Example and willing to continuously develop the Human resources
d. Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal skills
e. Good Conversational English for ranking file and Advance English for all Supervisory and Management level
f. Computer literate
