Packaging Company

Our Client, an International Packaging Company urgently need:

Material Manager
(Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Material Management, including Business Office, Centralized Inventory Support, Centralized Shipping, and Receiving & Courier functions.
  • Ensure the appropriate inventory level.
  • Cooperate with PPIC, Procurement, Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service Department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Hands on material management.
  • Knowledgeable in PPIC, Procurement.
  • Good English.

Continues Improvement Manager
(Cikarang)

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of quality, environmental, safety, health and other management system to improve the business growth.
Work with management team to develop strategy and continues improvement program.
Plan, implement and control the budget.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Innovation Manager or Continues Improvement Manager
  • Hands on six sigma, kaizen, and other lean manufacturing concept.
  • Good English.
Maintenance Manager
(Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily maintenance.
  • Plan project maintenance.
  • Responsible for providing and controlling the availability of spare parts.
  • Develop & maintain relationship with contractor, workshop, etc.
  • Supervise support staffs and contractors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Engineering.
  • Min 5 years of managerial experience in maintenance & workshop.
  • Capable in operating AutoCAD.
  • Hands on industrial machinery (pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC).
  • Hands on and implement OHS (Occupational Hazard Safety) concept.
  • Good English.
Technical Manager
(Cikarang)

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and review preventive and maintenance program.
  • Plan, implement, and control the budget.
  • Ensure that the operation is consistent with OHS Regulation.
  • Manage all machine modification programs to achieve production & efficiency improvement.
  • Represent company in purchasing machine.
Supervise support staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably majoring in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as Technical Manager.
  • Hands on AutoCAD, OHS (Occupational Hazard Safety) concept, and preventive maintenance program plan.
  • Good English.
