HRD & GA MANAGER

Requirements:
· Female, Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law
· Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same position
· Expertise in HR policy and procedure, compensation, benefit program, man power regulations,
training and implementation of daily HR pratice
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Strong knowledge about labor law, regulation and industrial relation
· Honest, discipline, having good interpersonal, leadership and analytical skills, mature with an
outgoing personality and professional polished appearance
· Able to work under pressure
· Initiative, energetic, problem solver
· Strong managerial and leadership skill, assertive, able to motivate, having good communication
and interpersonal skill
