BUSINESS ANALYST

Job Description:
Ø Responsible for every life cycle system improvement projects (core/sub system) includes requirement management, process analysis (gap analysis review), testing & project reporting
Ø Mediator between user and IT

Requirements & Qualification:

• S1 from IT
• Min. 2 years experience
• 23 – 30 years old
• Understands & has involved in projects that are connected to the insurance core system or improvement system
• Has knowledge about insurance business process ( front to back end )
• Able to analyze every changes that are connected to redesign system
• Understands database structure (SQL), coding (VBA), SDLC
• English literate
• Responsible, discipline, cooperative, hard worker, honest
• Highly initiative, proactive, highly motivated, fast learner
