Call Center Officer in PT Commonwealth Life


Commonwealth Life was established on 1992 under name Astra Jardine CMG Life which then became Astra CMG Life in 1997. The name of PT Commonwealth Life was introduced in July 2007. Today the shares of Commonwealth Life are owned 80% by Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and 20% by PT Gala Arta Jaya. Job Description:
Ø Give info & solution to customers & sales connected to CommCenter.
Ø Give accurate, fast, & clear info to customers & sales force.
Ø Write down every activity that happens to customers' policies through input history in query.
Ø Help solve customers' or sales force's problems. Suggested that problem solved in first encounter.
Ø Follow up the problems (to customers or sales force).
Ø Do administrative work connected to CommCenter activity.
Ø Ensure individual target achievements.

Requirements & Qualification:
ü S1 from any educational background
ü Min. 1 year experience as call center agent, in life insurance would be an advantage
ü 22 – 28 years old
ü Attractive & good looking
ü Patience & not emotional
ü Team player
ü Self confidence, extrovert
ü Good in English
