Vacancy - Recruitment & Training Manager in Ades Waters Indonesia

Our Client, Ades Waters Indonesia, Tbk, ( a multinational company joint venture between Coca Cola Indonesia and Nestle Waters with its products Ades and Nestle Pure Life is seeking people to fill in managerial position with following experiences and skills :

Recruitment & Training Manager (RTM - W)
Summary of the job
* Responsible for new employee recruitment process (interviewing, testing and selecting candidates)
* Completion of reports on employment activity and orientation of new employees
* To develop the careers of excellent employees
* To build bench strength
* To develop and deliver designated training program
* To manage a training centre

* Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Education or Psychology or Training and Development is advantages
* At least 8 years of related experience in multinational company
* Extensive knowledge of human resources policy and procedure and Government laws regarding employment practices required
* Ability to so speak effectively in interpersonal situations
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
* Managed a learning and development or training department or environment
* Proven abilities in designing, developing, delivering and evaluating learning and development and training programmes
* Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of the team
* Proven track record in people development
* Proven administrative abilities
