PLANT MANAGER Needed...

PT HITSS Sumber Daya Nusantara Konsultan is an established company which provides Human Resources and Commercial Services since 1996.
Our client is a well known direct selling company. Currently, they are looking for potential candidates for the following position:

PLANT MANAGER
Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and directing his / her subordinates and all plant activities
Ensure maximum plant output, the correct and efficient operation of the plant operation and services
Meet set Plant efficiency meet targets with the highest quality and the highest practicable efficiencies and utilization, with the lowest cost, and consistent implemented work standard with Company practice and policies.
To prepare, subject to management approval, sales forecasts, expense budgets and personnel and capital requirements.
Requirements:

Hold Degree in a relevant study
Male / Female with minimum 30 years
Having work experience minimum 5 years in technical / production process / QA, with 3 years of working exposure in managing as Plant Manager in Pharmaceutical Industry
Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems
Shows strong leadership, planning and organizing skills
Able to demonstrate high quality and thoroughness in working
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
English literate, verbal and written
Willing to work at JATAKE
