Graduate Development Program (GDP) is aimed for providing comprehensive skills, knowledge, and exposures to ensure graduates are ready to fulfil their responsibilities in specialized areas or future areas of responsibility of Thiess Contractors Indonesia Business Unit. The Graduate may have the opportunity to get enrolled in the following development programs:

• Secondment to one of our Australian Business Units
• External (Distance Study) in one of the universities in Australia
• Management, Leadership, and Technical skill and knowledge Development Program
• Engineer Development Program

General Requirements:

1. Fresh Graduate (bachelor), or New Hires with maximum of 2 years work experience, or Final year of completing a bachelor degree from the following major:
   
• Mining Engineering
• Industrial Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
  
• Electrical Engineering
  
• Civil Engineering
• Accounting
• Law
• Psychology
• Occupational Health & Safety
2. Grade Point Average (GPA) is at least 3.00 (of a 4.00 scale)
