NEED: Leader of Strategic Management Team!!!!

Our client is a well known public listed company dealing in integrated poultry industry, starting from breeding, hatchery, slaughterhouse, feed mill and poultry equipment. Serving customers throughout the Indonesia market and its surrounding countries. To support its rapid expansion, the company is looking for a highly qualified candidate for the position of :

LEADER OF STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT TEAM

The incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director of the company and be responsible to lead 3 teams under SMT namely Strategic Planning Team, Performance Management Team and Business Process Improvement Team.

Details objectives of each respective team are as follows:

Strategic Planning Team

Monitor the external dynamics and study their impacts on company strategy.
Together with BOD and other stakeholders, review, develop and propose company vision, mission and strategy.
Facilitate units, divisions and departments in developing their strategy, budget, KPI, target setting and initiatives.
Facilitate the alignment of corporate, companies divisions and departmental strategies

Performance Management Team

Prepare periodical management reports
Conduct Index Competition among units
Facilitate the management review of company and unit performance
Monitor the progress of strategic initiatives of the company and report the achievement in relation to the agreed target to BOD regularly

Business Process Improvement Team

Act as internal consultant for BOD and other work units in performance improvements
Communicate company strategy to all elements within the organization
Coordinate all improvement projects within organizations
Monitor the progress of all improvement projects.

The Requirements;
To qualify for the position, the ideal candidate would ideally be:

A graduate preferably an MBA degree or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university
Having at least 15 years of the overall experiences in which 5 years is in the similar function from a multi industries preferably from agro, paultry, food or other FMCG products.
Used to work in a matrix organization or in a holding company
Excellent in English both spoken and written and having strong interpersonal and communication skills
Expertise in implementing Balance Scorecard
