NEED: Sales Manager - Relationship

In line with company’s growth ambition, it is currently looking for a qualified

SALES MANAGER – Relationship Sales.

The incumbent will report to National Sales Manager and the main role purpose of the position is to manage and grow the regular sales segment through the management of competencies and activities of a sales force group and established segment sales strategy.

Key accountabilities of the position include:

Manage and deliver customer focused service
Operate as lead consultant to propose performance improvement work based on customers’ needs
Work as a customer contact with the user departments in key account customers, feedback the user situation to National Customer Channel for the formation of account strategy National Sales Manager
Provide effective reporting of all Rel Channel activities
Meet revenue targets, and Improve market penetration
Meet profit target­ Maintenance Call Cycle Achievement for all accounts
Service Level Performance Review with Top Customers­

The Requirements;
To qualify for the position, the ideal candidate would ideally be:

A graduate preferably a Master degree in any field from a reputable university
Having at least 8 years in Field Sales executive/management. 3 years experience in a similar capacity and preferably in a mid­size organization of a related industry
.Experience in building a sales team.
Excellent in English both spoken and written and having strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent leadership, organizational and team building skills
An attractive remuneration package would be provided commensurate with the qualification and experience of the selected candidate including a company car and annual bonus depending upon company’s performance
