JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To perform corporate financial advisory services, such as:
mergers and acquisitions
corporate restructuring
debt restructuring
project finance
asset management
fund raising
private equity, etc
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree from university majoring in finance or accounting or MBA
Corporate finance (FAS/TAS) experience in one of the big four consulting firms highly desired.
Minimum 1 years of experience and exposure in the above corporate finance advisory service areas, specially in financial projection and valuation
Effectively bilingual in bahasa Indonesia and English
Self-motivated and hard working
