Job Vacancy as Designer Fabrication

We are from MBP Skill Indonesia, a leading reputable Human Resources
Consultant. Our client in Gold Mining Company looking for suitable
candidates to fill the post of:

Designer Fabrication (211-29)
Main Responsibilities :
1. Conduct field survey on various projects to obtain accurate information on the object and
dimension based on client's requirements.
2. Prepare engineering drawings in accordance with company's standards and make sure the
esthetical touch is included.
3. Prepare workshop fabrication drawing and marking plan with accurate dimension and details in
accordance with company's standards.
4. Develop specific SOP's for use with workshop equipment and practices.
5. Assist workshop supervisors to develop better techniques to maximize the company's
investment in the LIP operation.
6. Re-detail incomplete workshop drawings to ensure they are accurate, readable and
understandable.
7. Check other draftsman's drawings for dimensional errors/omission and rectify it where need be.
8. Communicate and coordinate with client to ensure the requirements are captured.

Candidate Requirement :
1. Technical School (STM) with 4 to 5 years of working experience as a fabricator and 3 years as
training draftsman.
2. CORE COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
Trigonometric knowledge.
Manual drawing skills.
Capable to operate AutoCAD.
Welding knowledge.
Sufficient English skill.
Good personality; tolerance, patience and approachable.
