HRD Vacancy

Our client is an international manufacturer of a range of automotive components and is a leading supplier to global original equipment manufacturers.
In line with companys continued growth and expansion, is currently looking for a highly qualified candidate to fill following positions;

HRD SUPERVISOR (code HS)
The incumbent will have reporting line to Head of Department HRD. He will be responsible for Training and People development, specially for Kaizen and 5S matter. This position will be stationed in plants in Karawang. Transportation will be provided by company from point of pick up.

The Requirements of this position are shown below:
Male age 27 - 32 years
Min bachelor degree from reputable university,
Experience in handling training and industrial relations is preferable
Good knowledge of Kaizen, QCC and 5S
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Good analytical and hands on problem solving
Proficiency in the English language
