PRODUCTION MANAGER
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the incumbent will be to cause the achievement of set quality and quantity targets in production, the appointee will be relied upon to increase efficiency pertinent to man-machine productivity, cost/quality/
Specific responsibilities include:
Coordinating the production operations to ensure achievement of production targets, both quality and quantity wise, within schedule;
Render productivity improvement proposals related to the inventory, cost control management and warehousing;
Closely coordinate with the PPIC and CUSTOMER SERVICE pertinent to prioritizing production and delivery schedules as well as following up/controlling actual vis-Ã -vis schedules/budget; and
Train and motivate subordinates and ensure the highest level of motivation within the team.
Preferably male in his mid 30’s, candidates should present at least minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years experience/exposure in the manufacturing process ideally from STEEL, ALUMINUM, PAPER, PACKAGING and/or similar process industries that would require a ROLL-TO –ROLL process.
The following qualifications are likewise sought:
An Engineering Degree holder major in Mechanical Engineering / Metallurgy / Industrial Engineering;
At least in Assistant Manager level for the latest position
Possesses high level of maturity and can command respect with good problem solving, negotiation and convincing abilities;
High level of personal integrity and uncompromising personal ethics as well as ability to profess the company’s corporate values of empowerment and trust;
An effective team LEADER who can work with and as part of a team with good interpersonal and managerial skills;
Ability to evaluate and minimize risks, as well as understand the quality management system; and
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
