the following positions:

Position: *R&D MANAGER*

Location: West Jakarta

Client: A South East Asia's leading independent manufacturer
and marketer of personal care products, bringing Asian focused brands to
millions of Asian consumers

· Directs and coordinates activities concerned with market research
and development of new concepts, ideas, basic data on, and applications for,
products development

· Planning and formulating aspects of research and development
proposals, such as objective or purpose of project, applications that can be
utilized from findings, costs of project, and equipment and manpower

- Manage external researchers and related parties interface and
suggest and ensure synergies and best practice**
- Develop and maintain a continual learning and skill development
program for the team members


- Strong understanding of the FMCG or personal care industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead a small diverse group of functions and
individuals; strong leadership skills that can drive the group towards best
in class performance
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing or other related
disciplines with minimum of 10 years experience; 5 of which is in the
similar level
- Extensive experience in marketing research and development. A strong
background in the consumer products or personal care or process industries
would be ideal. Working experience with MNC is mandatory
- Fluency in English both written & spoken


Location: Sidoarjo, East Java

Client: A leading independent manufacturer of world class
quality wheels.

With the company's factory situated on 60,000 M2 of land, employs 800
people, and able to produce 1,200,000 pieces of wheels annually makes the
company grew into a large manufacturer of automotive wheels and is well
known for quality, style and service and has been admitted by international
quality standard such as TUV, JWL Japan and ISO 9001.

- Entirely responsible for developing internal audit team in the
- Planning engagement and managing/leading audit projects
- Manage the engagement economics of the projects, including budget
status tracking, billing, and collection follow-up.
- Preparing and reviewing workpapers.
Preparing final versions of audit reports
- Providing internal controls guidance to staff and client
organization personnel.

*Requirements: *

· Degree in Accounting; Masters Degree is preferred

· Minimum of 12 years of experience; both in the reputable KAP and
manufacturing industries

· Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Public Accountant, or other
related accounting professional certification is preferred

· Fluency in English & Mandarin both written & spoken

· Willingness to travel overseas intensively


Location: Central Jakarta

- Responsible for effective sales effort in an assigned territory,
including developing new customer accounts, advising customers on products
adaptations and introducing new product to customers
- Duties include meet or exceed fiscal sales quota, drive company
growth Initiatives, develop business relationships with key decision makers
at top accounts and embrace the company's disciplined sales process
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with assigned channel
partners (distributors) including business planning and development to grow
sales and market share, account/opportunity management, market/competitor
analysis, competency, contractual requirements, product launches, and key
business drivers.
- Assist in coordinating internal and external resources to accomplish
sales objectives.


- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines from
reputable universities with minimum GPA of 2.90. Additional business
course work preferred.
- Minimum 4 (four) years extensive automation &
control sales/application/service experience in the industry.
- Good communication, inter-personal, coordination and presentation
- Proficient and fluent in English
- Possess own vehicle and non smoking profiles preferred.
