One of our clients, an International Mining Company is involved with a number of projects and is looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position for :

Urgently Required
Administration Assistant (Contracts)

· Minimal D3 Degree from Secretarial Academy, preferably Tarakanita
· Provide secretarial support to the Procurement Manager in general; producing and compiling
confidential documents; letters, facsimiles, memorandums, procedures, reports, etc
· Development of Contracts documents, Processes, Procedures, flowcharts
· Arrange appointments and keep up-to-date schedules, and manage meeting and key events
diary
· Maintain department filing system, including archiving
· Able to communicate in English both oral and written
· Highly organized and detail oriented
· Strong communication skill, good listener and easy to work with
· Easily adapt to high pressure working environment and completing dateline.
· Software familiriarity with Ms Office
· Work location is in Jakarta
