SENIOR BUYER for REGIONAL (SBRO), FRESH (SBFR), BAZAAR (SBBZ)
Responsible for making strategic plan of negotiations, monitoring
implementation of the strategy and coordinating activities of buyers in her/his division.
Requirements:
• M/F, age between 32-42 years old
• University degree with 6-7 years experience as buyer in similar
retail business
• Strong negotiation, analytical, leadership skill, and business
minded are must
SBRO - The candidates will be mobile to manage local buyers in some area
SBFR - The candidates will be a coordinator of fresh local buyer
SBBZ – Especially have experience and strong knowledge in bazaar division


BUYER for REGIONAL (BRO), GROCERY (BGC), FRESH (BFR), BAZAAR (BBZ), TEXTILE (BTX)
Responsible for negotiation and optimizing the general conditions pf products purchases, managing and analyzing assortment and stock level, develop promotion activities with suppliers
Requirements:
• M/F, age between 28-35 years old
• University degree with min 3 years experience as buyer in similar retail business or as account executive handling related products.
• Strong negotiations and business minded are necessary
BRO – The candidates will be stationed in Surabaya, Jember and
Denpasar
BGC – Grocery Products – Beverage, cosmetic, dry groceries and
perishables
BFR – fresh products – salad bar, fish, fruit and vegetables, butchery
BBZ – Bazaar products - Housekeeping
BTX – Textile Products – Shoes, men, ladies and children apparels and household. Strong fashion sense and have experience in reputable department store

SALES DEVELOPMENT DEPT SENIOR MANAGR FOR NON FOOD (SDSM), FRESH (SDFR). BAZAAR (SDBZ) and APPLIANCE (SDAP)
Responsible for controlling assortment, developing strategies to
increase the result and implementing the strategies, including
develop new products assets, promotion and space optimizations
Requirements :
• M/F, age between 28-35 years old
• University degree with 4 years experience in similar retail business
• Ability to translate idea into activities to achieve the goals
SDSM – The candidates will mange Non Food division
SDFR – Fresh Product – Salad Bar and Fish
SDBZ – Strong knowledge in bazaar division and space optimizations
SDAP – Strong knowledge in appliance division and space optimizations

MERCHANDISE SUPPORT for FRESH (MSFR), OPENING (MSOP), FINANCE CONTOLLER (MSFC), and BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (MSBD)
Responsible for supporting merchandise activities such as manage database, opening store team, control finance and reporting
Requirements :
• M/F, age between 25-32 years old
• University degree with any major
MSFR – Familiar with Powerpoint and Excel with good analytical
thinking
MSOP – Willing to work outside and familiar with auto cad
MSFC – University degree in economic with 3 years experience in
Finance and accounting. Responsible to manage and control finance activities in merchandise division
MSBD- Strong knowledge in computer system and excel
GENERAL REQUIREMENT :
• Excellent in English with good communications and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor degree or equivalent with strong analytical skill
• Good computer literate
• Ability to execute business initiatives and results oriented
