to recruit a dynamic professional in the capacity as:

TRAINING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Reporting directly to the HR Vice President, the candidate is
responsible for planning, developing and implementing strategy for
the overall staff training and development, ensuring the program meet
with organizational requirements for quality management.

QUALIFICATION:

• Holding a university degree from reputable universities
• Should have proven track record in assuming similar function and
role, preferably from banking industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with high level of
English proficiency
