Detail of requirements:

1. Product Manager, Mobile Network (Code: PMMN)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study.
· Minimum 3years experience in the GSM/GPRS/3G environment.
· In-dept technical background in telecommunications network and mobile network.
· Hands-on experience and knowledge on GSM/GPRS/CDMA network.
· Good planning and business presentation skills.
· Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

2. Product Manager, VAS – Application & Software (Code: PMVAS)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study.
· Minimum 2 years experience managing IN related products.
· IN-depth technical background in telecommunications networking.
· Hands-on experience and knowledge on some of the following technology:
Ø Switching.
Ø Mobile network (GSM, GPRS, and CDMA).
Ø Fixed network (NGN).
Ø Messaging Systems (SMS, MMS, Voice Mail and WAP).
Ø Data Network.
· Good planning and business presentation skills.
· Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to Communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

3. Product Manager, Transmission Network/optical Network (Code: PMTN)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or above in the Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study.
· Minimum 3 years experience in the optical transmission environment.
· In-depth technical background in optical network.
· Hands-on experience and knowledge on PDH, SDH, DWDM systems.
· Good planning and business presentation skills.
· Able to work independently in fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

4. Product Manager, CDMA (Code: PMCDMA)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication Engineering or related field of study.
· Minimum 3 years experience in the CDMA/WCDMA environment.
· In-depth technical background in telecommunications network and mobile network.
· Knowledge on switch technology (TDM, Soft-Switch, IMs) including it’s interfaces will be a added advantage.
· Have good understanding on traffic engineering and also radio engineering.
· Hands-on experience and knowledge on CDMA/WCDMA network.
· Good planning and business presentation skills.
· Able to work independently in a-fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

5. Sales & Service Engineer, Mobile Handset (Code: SSEM)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study.
· Minimum 2 years experience in consumable electronic product sales with proven track record.
· Experience in mobile phone sales distribution preferred.
· Good planning and business presentation skills.
· Able to work independently a fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to communicate effectively in English, proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage.

6. Wireless Marketing Manager (Code: WMM)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of studies.
· Minimum 5 years related experience, preferably in a Telecom company.
· Hands-on skills and knowledge in some following technologies.
· Mobile Network.
· In depth knowledge in UMTS/GPRS/GSM/CDMA/ WIMAX.
· Able to work well in fast-paced, and fast-changing environment.
· Good spoken and written English. Ability to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

7. Recruitment Section Head / Manager
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree holder with 5 years’ relevant Human Resource experience, in which 3 of the years focusing on recruitment preferably from Telecommunication industry.
· Hands-on Human Resource practitioner with specialization on Recruitment function.
· Good knowledge of Recruitment processes and methodologies with proven track records in meeting tight recruitment, schedules.
· Familiar with all aspects of HR (recruitment, performance management, compensation benefits, employee relations, etc).
· Possess strong organizing, coordinating and communication skills.
· Able to work independently in a- fast-paced changing environment.
· Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.
· Past working experience in the telecommunications industry will be an added advantage.
· Frequent business traveling to other countries in the region will be expected.

8. Project Controller – Asst. Project Manager (Code: PCAPM)
Requirements :
· Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil, telecommunication etc with 5 years’ relevant Project in EPC or telecommunication experience.
· Good knowledge of Project management

9. CME Manager – On Site (Code: CMEM)
Requirements :
· At least Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil, telecommunication, Mechanical or Electrical with 5 years’ relevant Project in EPC or telecommunication experience.
· Good knowledge of Project management

10. SITAC Manager – On Site (Code: SITACM)
Requirements :
· At least Bachelor’s degree holder in Civil, telecommunication, Mechanical or Electrical with 5 years’ relevant Project in EPC or telecommunication experience.
· Good knowledge of Project management

11. Wireless Manager – Product (Code: WM)
Requirements :
· At least Bachelor’s degree holder in telecommunication, Computer science or Electrical with 5 years’ relevant telecommunication product experience.
· Good knowledge of wireless product of telecommunication
