HEAD OF SCHOOL, BUSINESS (HOS)
Reporting to the Yard Development Manager you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the Business school activities

Essential job duties:
• Assess capability, performance and training requirements for internal stakeholders and design
appropriate interventions.
• Plan and manage the overall training activities for the business school.
• Deliver Supervisory, Management and soft skills programs in English & Bahasa.
• Review, update and ensure overall effectiveness of business school programs.
• Lead a team of training executives and trainers by providing them with clear achievable goals.

Key Requirements:
• A Degree holder with at 6-8 years of management experience with specialization and
involvement in L&D area for about 3-5 years.
• Successful track record in managing a support unit and team.
• Plans, organizes and executes activities and projects well & in advance.
• Works in a systematic, methodical and orderly way.
• Sets high standards for quality.
• Highly driven.
• Self Directed.
• Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills.
