Hiring SAP Consultant & Project Manager - Oil & Gas

Profiles Required:
- 1 x Project Manager
- 2 x FICO
- 1 x Materials Mgt (MM: non hydro-carbon)
- 1 x HR
- 1 x Sales & Distribution (SD)
- 1 x Production Planning (PP)
- 1 x ProjSystems (PS)/ Investment Mgt (IM)

Profile Requirements (Project Manager)
- Must have experience in SAP Applications Consulting & have gd understanding of SAP solution
offerings
- Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in IT with at least 2-3 years of SAP Proj Mgt
experience
- Must have handled at least 2 full cycles of SAP implementation in an Oil & Gas environment
- Must have managed a team of at least 5-6 consultants
- Must be committed and be able to work under tight schedules
- Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills
- Proven history of project management, leadership and organization skills
- CITPM /PMP will be added advantage
- Analytical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a team environment
- resource from the ASEAN region preferred

Role & Responsibilities (Project manager)
- Project planning, budgeting, P&L, execution (end to end), scope & risk mgt, partner & customer
mgt, etc.
- Co-ordinating project activities with the customer, vendor and hp team
- Tracking and maintaining the project plan (MS Project)
- Responsible for providing leadership and motivation to the project team members
- Manage customer's expectations
- Engage with customer senior management team
- Manage a team of consultants and vendors

Profile Requirements (Functional Resources)
- resource preferred from the ASEAN region
- must have at least 2 implementation cycles of Oil & Gas experience in the respective modules
- must have at least 2-3 years of SAP experience
- must have good communication skills (written and spoken english)
- must be able to work independently

Role & Responsibilities (functional resources)
- Work with customers for requirements
- Advise on the solution design/configuration

- Involved in documentation requirements of the project (functional/design doc, trg manual, etc.)
- Develop/configure/develop solutions based on functional/technical specifications
- Involved in testing, rollout and post-implementation activities

General Requirements
- Project location : Jakarta, Indonesia
- Project type : Re-implemention of ERP system using SAP ECC6
- Duration : 18 months with possibility if extension
